Power Yoga

Inspired by Baron Baptiste’s Journey Into Power sequence, this sweaty class is both challenging and accessible for all levels + ends with a cold eucalyptus towel. You will leave feeling empowered, energized and awake!.

60 minutes in our infrared heated studio (90-95 degrees).

Our heated studio room is equipped with state of the art far-infrared heating panels. The benefits of infrared heat include: detoxification, lower blood pressure, anti-aging, supports immune function, muscle recovery / pain relief, improved circulation, supports cardiovascular health, increased metabolism and weight loss.

Our signature Power Yoga class geared toward those with full schedules + ends with a cold eucalyptus towel. You'll leave feeling sweaty, re-energized, and inspired to take on the rest of your day.

Power Yoga Fire 45

A mix between our signature power yoga class and low impact body-weight training, to target specific muscle groups such as the arms, core, thighs and glutes. This high energy class is complete with upbeat music + a cold eucalyptus towel to finish.

You'll leave feeling sweaty, strong, and awake!

Slow Flow/ Deep Stretch

A slower paced flow followed by 20-30 minutes of deep stretch poses with optional hands on assists, followed by a cold eucalyptus towel. This class will leave you feeling sweaty, stretched, and deeply relaxed.

Yin Yoga

Focus on your breath and surrender as you allow your body weight and gravity to sink you into seated and floor yoga postures that are each held 3-5 minutes. With optional hands on assists, followed by a cold eucalyptus towel, you will leave feeling stretched, supported, and deeply relaxed.

Through this meditative practice of passive stretching, connective tissues are safely lengthened resulting in improved flexibility. Great for those seeking increased mobility and the perfect compliment to a strong power yoga practice.

60 minutes in our infrared heated studio, gently heated between 80-85 degrees.

Power Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

Join our supportive community of HOMEgrown mamas and take time to connect to your baby and/or yourself as you move through a nourishing and empowering yoga practice. This is a modified Power Yoga practice designed to address the many changes associated with pregnancy & postpartum. Poses and breath work will leave you feeling grounded, strong & confident in your physical and mental body.

Class is held in our non-heated studio room.
